The Etherscape team is growing!
The Ravenman enemy faction has been expanded and polished.

Welcome Talha 🥷

We are excited to announce that the 3rd team member has been added to Etherscape. His name is Talha but if you are in Discord, you will recognize him as W4i. Here is his introduction which has been added to our team site:

A large portion of the new content in the Ravenman faction has been added by Talha. He has proven his ability to quickly learn the games expansive code base and make productive changes in it. Now that he is on the team you can expect more rapid content release while in parallel we improve our underlying tech with much needed features.

New Ravenman Enemies 🐦‍⬛

Get ready to face off against several new enemies that have been added to the Ravenman faction. The Ironfeather is a new hard hitting heavy mob that will terrorize you with lightning and tornado attacks. The Brooder is a support type that will heal their allies and summon eggs which you don't want to hatch!

Also, get ready to face off against the Matron. This gigantic mother for all ravenmen is going to bring everything she has against you. You will have to learn how to overcome her new mechanics if you hope to survive.

Along with these new enemies, there is a new debuff called "confused" (which some Ravenman abilities can apply to you). When confused, your cast time will be doubled.

Resources and Rewards ✨

Now that the Ravenman faction has reached a mature state we have also added a new faction resource. You will collect small, imbued and prime feathers by defeating ravenman enemies. The first utility for these resources will be to craft a new set of Crow and Raven skins:

We continue to advance the visual style of Etherscape as our team grows and learns. With this update we have included a visual refresh of the shoreline maps and the town. Enjoy the beautiful new sites as you fight your way through the masses!
